JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu About the Role of Talent Acquisition Partner As a Talent Acquisition Partner (or as we like to call it, Talent Whisperer), you’ll be the creative genius behind finding and hiring the best talent to drive Smartsourcing’s success. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Think of yourself as the matchmaker of the business world—except cooler, because you’ll have access to cutting-edge tools and a team that’s as passionate as you are. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide strategic advice on best practices and market trends. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Continuously improve sourcing strategies and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends. Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates at each stage of the recruitment process. Must-Have Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Psychology) is preferred. Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, social media platforms, and sourcing tools. Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging passive candidates. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges. Bonus Points for Speak fluent ATS (or are willing to learn). Have a favourite sourcing hack (we’re always looking for new ones). Believe that “good enough” is never good enough.
