Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's growth and strategic goals. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, close collaboration with hiring managers, and proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, utilizing diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods to identify top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and define candidate selection criteria.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions and structured interview questions aligned with role requirements.
  • Source candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and professional networks.
  • Screen and assess applicants by reviewing CVs, portfolios, and references to compile shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment processes, including interview notes and candidate communications, for reporting and stakeholder sharing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are well-documented and compliant with internal policies and standards.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must possess a bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition (experience in hiring for sales and marketing is preferred but not required).
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Skilled in business correspondence and documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in people management and account management is a plus.
  • Willing to report 100% onsite in Banawe, Quezon City.
