Position Summary:
As the Concur Analyst I you will work closely with the Global Corporate Credit Card and Expense System Administrator. This role will support the critical day-to-day activities of the US credit card and global Concur Expense activities including corporate card set-up and distribution, user set-up and maintenance in the Concur expense system, corporate card and Concur report generation for management analysis, statement generation and monthly analysis reporting, and assist with special projects as they are needed.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business and respond to inquiries timely with a positive mindset while providing a positive user experience.
  • Process New User Set-ups
  • Process final expense reports for termed employees
  • Initiate Credit Cards Application Invites and approve
  • Grant users with online access to credit cards
  • Process credit increases
  • Monitor Credit Card Import files for corrections and warnings
  • Monitor unapproved expense reports for approver changes
  • Process Credit Increases
  • Design custom reports in Intelligence when needed
  • Lead or participate in projects.
  • Run monthly reports
  • Other tasks which may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor

Required Education / Experience / Skills:
Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent related experience

Job Related Experience:
2+ years' Experience supporting Concur platform.

Specific Knowledge:
Practical Knowledge of ERP Applications (Oracle, SAP, and applicable Finance ERP

Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Proficient in Written and spoken English Communication Skills.
