Job Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth, visibility, and conversion for Shopee Supermarket’s retail assortment across onsite and offsite channels.
Duties And Responsibilities

  • Strategize allocation of marketing investments to maximize ROI and meet business growth targets
  • Plan and lead always-on and campaign-based marketing initiatives
  • Identify and activate new traffic sources and partnership opportunities to expand reach
  • Ensure strong visibility for priority SKUs across onsite assets (homepage, search, vouchers, banners, etc.) and offsite channels (Meta, affiliates, KOLs, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign results to continuously optimize strategy and investment decision
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations for seamless execution of campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Advertising, or other related field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, advertising, brand management.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving growth and impact.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing channels (eg. paid search, social ads, affiliates) and CRM strategies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (eg. Excel, SQL, or similar platforms) is a plus.
