Overview

Experience in developing or creating Automation Frameworks from scratch. Expert level of experience automating web and mobile applications across multiple devices and platforms using automation tools. Knowledge sharing and training of Junior and Mid Automation Testers. Experience using a Continuous Integration tool is required. Should be able to do scoping and estimation for incoming Projects/Clients. Experience in managing an Automation Team. Participates in triage calls and QA meetings. Ensures test environment reflects business requirements for test execution. Ensures proper test coverage exists based on requirements & design spec. Creates Automation test plans, review data, procedures of automated test scripts. Expert in Java or Python as programming language. Implementing new processes, functions and procedures to ensure continuous improvement to software quality assurance standards. Drives the project test team to test effectively and efficiently to meet quality standards and deadlines. Writing basic automated test scripts in a programming language. Experience in building and using automated tools. Familiarity with programming using Java or Python.
