We are seeking a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst with strong experience in QuickBooks and financial modeling to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate is highly independent, detail-oriented, and experienced in finance, budgeting/forecasting, and development planning, preferably with direct experience supporting CFOs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to support future development initiatives and strategic growth.
  • Prepare, manage, and continuously improve budgeting and forecasting models.
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO on long-term financial planning and business development strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports using QuickBooks, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Identify financial trends and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
  • Assist in developing business cases for new initiatives and capital investments.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in QuickBooks and financial reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, budgeting/forecasting, or development planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Prior experience supporting CFOs or senior executives is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in real estate development or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning tools and project evaluation methods.
