The Senior Financial Analyst - Valuation along with the Valuation Oversight Team in North America will support the Private Alternative Investment Valuation Committee (PAIVC) in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities for private alternative investment valuations and administration of quarterly PAIVC meetings.

All responsibilities will be executed in collaboration and under remote supervision of the North America team.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare the quarterly Private Equity scoping file and identify investments for valuation review and impairment testing.
  2. Coordinate quarterly private equity impairment testing and recommendations with the Front Office.
  3. Generate the daily AC509 monitoring file for cash contributions, distributions, and return of capital.
  4. Collect valuation packages from the Front Office.
  5. Review internally valued private equity investments and summarize results.
  6. Assist in preparing materials for the quarterly PAIVC meeting.
  7. Review Real Estate appraisals to ensure market data use and appropriate valuation methodologies.
  8. Review MIMPEC Fund valuations at the first level.
  9. Work with AIA and Pricing teams to ensure correct upload of fair values to SCD.
  10. Maintain collaboration and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance preferred.
  • Professional Accounting or Finance Designation (CPA/CFA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Power BI.
  • Willing to work mid-shift (3PM-12PM Manila time).
