RECRUITING COORDINATOR Company BH Properties is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm focused on value-add acquisitions in office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties throughout the Western United States, along with investments in distressed debt and ground leases. LOCATION AND WORK HOURS The ideal candidate will provide virtual support from any location throughout the Philippines. It is expected that the candidate will support working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time , to align with the West Coast of the United States. REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with the in-house Recruiter and report to Senior Management. DUTIES Maintain candidate database in JazzHR Source new employees via job search or recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Screen and guide applicants through the recruitment process Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs Assist with onboarding new employees Reconcile employee time and attendance on Paychex Prepare daily recruiting activity reports Participate in various projects and tasks within a fast-paced commercial real estate office IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree, Latin Honors (cum laude or higher) Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, or HR experience Experience posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and multitasking Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Effective and professional communication skills across all organizational levels Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Adaptability to a fast-paced environment High confidentiality and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS We offer a competitive consulting fee and benefits package, along with opportunities for growth and stability within a well-capitalized, entrepreneurial, and expanding real estate investment group.
