  • Provide accurate price quotations, availability, and delivery lead times
  • Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges using inventory software or ERP systems
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely parts delivery
  • Verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Organize and label inventory in storage areas for easy accessibility
  • Prepare parts for job orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support service advisors and mechanics with parts needs during repairs
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding parts and availability
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parts storage area
  • At least 1 year experience in BPO industry with the same LOB
  • can speak English with American accent
  • High school graduate or vocational course holder; a degree in Automotive Technology or related field is a plus
  • At least 1years of experience in automotive parts handling, inventory, or customer service
  • Familiar with automotive parts catalogues and vehicle component identification
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle models, systems, and components
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
