Automotive Parts Sales Representative

Inbound and outbound CSR US account > handles US customers Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating the correct car parts Provide accurate price quotations, availability, and delivery lead times Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges using inventory software or ERP systems Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely parts delivery Verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality Organize and label inventory in storage areas for easy accessibility Prepare parts for job orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness Support service advisors and mechanics with parts needs during repairs Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding parts and availability Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parts storage area At least 1 year experience in BPO industry with the same LOB can speak English with American accent High school graduate or vocational course holder; a degree in Automotive Technology or related field is a plus At least 1years of experience in automotive parts handling, inventory, or customer service Familiar with automotive parts catalogues and vehicle component identification Basic knowledge of vehicle models, systems, and components Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking #J-18808-Ljbffr
