Responsibilities

  • Providing secretarial support to the hiring manager.
  • Handling all confidential matters, contracts, documents and general correspondence.
  • Liaising with corporate and government representatives on business matters
  • Preparing business presentation documents and correspondence.
  • Handling travel and appointment schedules.
  • Answers telephones and routes calls to concerned employee.
  • Photocopies, transmits fax, and files documents.
  • Plans and schedules meetings and appointments.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mails.
  • Dispatches outgoing mail.
  • Records and monitors NDD/IDD usage.
  • Coordinates travel requirements.
  • Maintains conference rooms reservations.
  • Monitors foreign exchange rates & stock quotations.
  • Maintains and monitors office supplies.
  • Records and monitors requisition forms.
  • Monitors office cleanliness and orderliness.
Qualifications
  • College graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business Administration.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • With at least 1 year work related experience.
  • With background in Automotive Industry.
  • Articulate and keen to details.
