Job Overview Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role supports the recruitment team in all facets of the hiring process, ensuring timely, high-quality candidate experiences while meeting key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities Execute end‑to‑end recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring new employees. Collaborate with the team to meet the organization’s recruitment KPIs and staffing needs. Conduct candidate screening and schedule interviews, handling applicant inquiries regarding open positions. Perform background checks, medical and drug screening (as required) and verify employment references. Adopt and maintain recruitment communications on the company website and other media sites, advertising vacancies as needed. Provide orientation information and onboarding documentation (offers, statutory declarations, etc.). Update the applicant tracking system and produce reports for Facility Managers and the Executive Team. Maintain a positive candidate experience and develop strategies to attract top talent. Qualifications Education in Business, Recruitment, Human Resources, or related field (advantage). Experience in administrative or recruitment roles, preferably in aged or health care. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills. Self‑motivated with effective time‑management and organizational abilities. Passion for quality recruitment and experience supporting vulnerable adult populations (advantage). Commitment to hammerjack values and performance excellence.
