Your Role: As a Process Optimization Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency across our client teams. This is a proactive and high-impact role that requires bringing proven process optimization methodologies into the organization. You Will Collaborate with client teams to understand and document workflows using process maps, schematics, and summary documents. Conduct analyses to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, recommending and implementing effective solutions. Evaluate internal and external optimization opportunities, including automation and AI-driven tools. Develop and design detailed workflows, drawings, and specifications for new tools, services, and processes. Lead process optimization initiatives from scoping through to execution, managing stakeholder engagement, timelines, and change management. Test and validate new services or systems to ensure performance meets design and operational standards. Implement new systems or updates, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality. Measure and report pre- and post-optimization results to demonstrate measurable efficiency gains. Train delivery center teams on optimization practices and new service capabilities to strengthen organizational knowledge. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop case studies and white papers that highlight successful process optimization initiatives. What You Need: Non-negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a similar role within an outsourcing company. Strong proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). Proven project management experience handling multiple initiatives with tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred skills/expertise Experience with automation and digital transformation tools (e.g., RPA, AI, ML). Familiarity with service design methodologies and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. Experience leading cross-functional optimization or innovation projects. Exposure to global or multi-site operations is an advantage.
