Main Purpose of the Job

Plan and oversee construction and rebuilding, as well as the maintenance of different building projects.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of industry knowledge.
  • Familiarity with different design software such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D and others.
  • Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time and extremely detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and legal compliances related to assigned projects.

Job Description

· Manage, design and develop, create and maintain small to large scale building constructions in a safe, sustainable and timely manner.

· Creates feasibility study and determines project costs by calculating labor, materials and other related costs.

· Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits and other legal and technical documentation as required.

· Monitors project progress and site inspection.

· Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
