Job Description

  • Process client transactions, and requirements
  • Take charge in promoting, marketing, and selling FLI properties
  • Foster professional networks
  • Build rapport with clients, and colleagues
  • Head and support a team of competitive Sales Managers and Property Specialists
  • Meet sales quota required within 6 months

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • With a solid experience (minimum of 3 years) as a Division Head or top Sales Manager in a real estate industry
  • Excellent oral & written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Capable in networking and maintaining good client relationship
  • Must have confidence, a pleasing personality, and a positive attitude
  • Can work in a team and has high sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-motivation
  • Enthusiastic, resourceful, and goal-oriented
  • Familiar with Digital Marketing and Online Selling
  • Real Estate Broker’s License is an advantage
  • Willing to work in any part of Metro Manila
