Overview
Job Title: Specialist - Regional Talent Acquisition (1 Year-Contract). We are looking for individuals who have a passion for talking with people, headhunting, and finding good talents. This role will mainly help our diverse team in sourcing candidates across SEA.
Responsibilities- Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and manage the existing pipeline of candidates
- Manage hiring manager expectations and develop processes around interviewing
- Perform pre-screening calls and interviews to analyze applicants' abilities and fit to company culture
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Support on-board process in order to become fully integrated mainly in the Philippines
- Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
- Act as a contact person and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Learn multiple parts of the organization, and be able to make decisions and prioritize on behalf of the hiring teams
- Creatively find passive candidates
- Experience in hiring across Southeast Asia
- Assist with other human resource related tasks
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in recruitment role
- Proven work experience in recruiting candidates for Financial & Accounting, Commercial (Key Account, Business Development, Digital Marketing, etc) related roles
- Experience closing senior and/or executive-level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
- Must be data driven, and able to track, measure and report on all parts of the recruitment funnel
- Deep exposure to recruiting top talent in unique qualifications
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for commercial roles
- Exposure in Sourcing, Candidate Management is an added plus
- Able to work under pressure and flexible to adapt to a fast moving organization
- Having good attitude and ability to work as a team
- Experience working with corporate HR will be considered
