Operations & Business Support Specialist - Creative Design

Description

The opportunity:

Leads supplier strategy and supports project-level creative design operations, collaborates with the creative design team and suppliers (creative agencies & creative freelancers) to manage daily design delivery and processes. Handles administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, payments processing and support in setting up local engagement activities.

• You will act as a liaison or bridge across stakeholders, the design team, and external agencies.

• You will enhance transparency across teams by providing insights into project progress and workflow coordination.

• You will ensure content is complete and in-scope before turning over design projects to the design team/external agencies.

• You will negotiate, close agreements and handle contracts of external suppliers to maximize profit.

• You will forecast and track key account metrics through monthly reports, lead and facilitate retrospectives, reviews, or other critical team meetings.

• You will independently perform preliminary screening of creative design request based structural analysis tasks, experience with integrating design standards and approaches, passion for team management and efficiency.

• You will assign roles and tasks to team members based on pre-set guidelines, to match to their individual strengths, abilities, and workload, identify and remove workflow bottlenecks and barriers, support in setting up local engagement activities.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• You hold a bachelor's degree.

• Proven work experience as an Account/Project Manager or relevant role which effectively coordinates and manages projects, design skills are a plus.

• Familiarity with design processes, methodologies, and tools, possess advanced command of Excel’s features and functions, can efficiently create and manipulate spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and automate tasks using formulas and macros

• Works with an entrepreneurial mindset, highly disciplined problem solver who can work with limited supervision, calm under pressure, understand creative workflow, and excellent negotiator.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
