Overview
Reports directly to the Marketing Division Head. The Affiliate Marketing Manager leads a team of affiliate marketing officers and expand our affiliate partnerships in the OFW/Seaman loan sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an affiliate marketing strategy that leverages influencers, community leaders, financial advisors, and third-party marketers to generate high-quality leads and drive loan applications.
Key Responsibilities- Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates (OFW influencers, bloggers, financial advisors, remittance partners, organizations/companies, etc.). Furthermore, conduct research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement commission structures, incentive programs, and exclusive promotions to attract affiliate partners.
- Provide training, marketing materials, and referral tracking tools to affiliates for seamless onboarding.
- Strategy & Campaign Development
- Design and execute data-driven affiliate marketing campaigns to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the other marketing teams to create marketing assets for affiliates (social media posts, email templates, ad banners, etc.).
- Partner Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to optimize performance.
- Use affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools to monitor performance (click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition).
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve affiliate performance and ROI.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with key metrics and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure Affiliate Marketing Officers conduct performance tracking & activation activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Communications or similar field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, loan consultant handling, partnerships (experience in financial services or fintech is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiations, and relationship building skills.
- Proven ability /track record to design and develop strategic marketing campaigns and programs.
- Experience working with OFW communities/clients, influencers, or fintech companies is an advantage but not necessarily required.
- Willing to go on fieldwork.
