Overview Join to apply for the HR Generalist - PH (EMEA) role at Excis Compliance Remote (subject to change) Responsibilities Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance. Resolve employee grievances. Maintain a log of daily HR cases and track resolution times for process improvement. Employee Onboarding: conduct pre-boarding activities, organize orientation sessions for new hires, assign mentors or buddy programs, ensure IT/security/administrative setups are completed before the first day, and track new hire progress during probation. Employee Relations & Engagement: develop engagement activities, conduct check-ins and feedback sessions, act as mediator in disputes, and conduct exit interviews to improve retention. Training & Development for New Joiners: assess training needs, develop materials, schedule and conduct training, evaluate effectiveness, and maintain training records. Payroll & Benefits Management: process payroll, manage benefits, address discrepancies, stay updated on tax regulations, and coordinate audits and reporting with finance. Compliance & HR Policies (EMEA): ensure adherence to local laws, update policies, conduct compliance training, handle legal matters, and maintain documentation for audits. HR Analytics & Reporting: collect and analyze HR metrics, prepare leadership reports, and implement data-driven improvements; implement HR technology solutions. Auditing Daily HR Cases: perform audits, review files and resolutions, identify trends, and implement best practices for case management. SOP Creation: develop and maintain SOPs for HR functions and train staff on adherence. Process Implementation & Improvement: identify gaps, implement best practices, automate repetitive tasks, and monitor improvements. Requirements Bachelor Degree 2+ years in operations Proficiency in HRMS and HR analytics tools Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration platforms Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools Process documentation and SOP creation expertise Proficiency in audit and compliance tracking Project management capabilities for process improvement initiatives Strong interpersonal and communication skills Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities Empathy and active listening Adaptability to changing HR policies and business needs Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Excis Compliance by 2x We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
