The Content Strategist will play an integral role in developing and executing content strategies and written materials that align with the goals of a StarTok. This role is dedicated to supporting content creators by crafting impactful strategies, optimizing social media presence, and producing engaging scripts to drive creator and brand success. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, client communication, and staying at the forefront of TikTok trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement content strategies tailored to the talent agency's goals and TikTok's dynamic platform.
- Adapt strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and audience resonance.
- Lead the planning and execution of content shoots, ensuring all elements align with brand and creator standards.
Scriptwriting and Ideation
- Write compelling scripts for TikTok content, live events, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with creators to maintain consistency with their brand voice and unique style.
- Brainstorm and experiment with innovative content ideas that keep creators' profiles fresh and engaging.
Mood Board Development
- Create detailed mood boards to visually communicate concepts and strategies for content shoots.
Client and Creator Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and clients, ensuring alignment with their branding and marketing goals.
- Provide guidance to creators on TikTok best practices and strategies.
Shoot and Event Leadership
- Oversee the logistics and execution of content shoots and live events, ensuring high-quality output.
- Capture real-time content during events to boost audience engagement.
Trend Analysis and Platform Optimization
- Monitor TikTok trends, algorithms, and industry best practices, incorporating these into strategies to enhance content performance.
- Ensure content is appropriately boosted using TikTok tools to maximize visibility and impact.
Content Calendar Management
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar, scheduling production, posting, and boosting activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content strategy, social media management, and writing.
- Background in working with content creators and managing social media for a talent agency or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, audience engagement strategies, and boosting tools.
- Excellent scriptwriting and creative ideation abilities.
- Proficiency in content planning, mood board creation, and visual design concepts.
- Strong communication skills for client and creator interaction.
- Analytical mindset to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to lead and manage content shoots and event logistics.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
