
Talent Acquisition Senior Lead

Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Senior Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process for all tracks assigned to him/her and to his/her team and ensures the timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements per agreed hiring process and turnaround time. The wide range of activities include, but not limited to: placing job ads, making call-outs, scheduling interviews, conducting behavioral interviews, client communication, placement, etc. This role is also expected to collaborate with the other departments/units within Talent Acquisition on all recruitment needs to ensure all open tracks are filled in a timely manner.
AccountabilitiesThe Talent Acquisition Senior Lead will be responsible for the following:
Recruitment Operations- Performs end-to-end recruitment for all assigned requisitions
- Conducts regular calibration sessions with hiring managers, if requested, to ensure alignment in terms of profile
- Creates and updates job postings on the company website and different job portals
- Develops effective sourcing channels, as guided by the Sourcing Manager or TA Manager, to access new labor pools
- Screens all applications received from various sourcing initiatives to meet the credentials, qualifications, skills, and experience required per position
- Ensures regular endorsement of candidates to the hiring manager for review
- Facilitates hand-off and communicates updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources)
- Regularly communicates hiring updates to the hiring manager
- Generates employment contracts and conducts Job Offers
- Facilitates other client-specific tests/processes
- Reviews, implements, and manages recruitment tools and processes assigned
- Provides regular updates to clients/Operations
- Holds overall accountability for meeting headcount targets of the team based on agreed timelines
- Establishes and reinforces team and individual metrics and drives performance
- Regularly tracks team productivity and addresses recruiter-related concerns and challenges
- Performs regular 1:1 sessions and establishes individual succession plans for the team
- Creates and discusses performance reviews and scorecards for direct reports
- Provides opportunities for growth through trainings and learning sessions
- Ensures timely and proper communication of changes and new strategies to the team
- Onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Administrative duties such as shift scheduling, attendance validation, and delegation of tasks as needed
- Identifies recruitment issues related to clients and develops/implements solutions
- Serves as an SME for assigned vertical and provides strategic recommendations to clients/stakeholders
- Attends intro calls and kickoff meetings to discuss hiring requirements and processes
- Develops and strengthens relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Works with Operations to address first-level escalations for the team; collaborates with TA Manager to mitigate client escalations
- Monitors team adherence to processes and delivery targets, including end-to-end recruiting activities and onboarding
- Ensures preparation for internal and external audits
- Conducts audits within the team to ensure proper usage of TA tools
- Identifies process roadblocks and works with the TA team to address issues and implement improvements
- Submits client and business reports such as EOW/hiring updates and team productivity reports
- Recognized domain expert for the assigned vertical
- Stays updated on industry trends and recruitment practices for the vertical, including competitor intelligence
- Reports process or system issues and collaborates with TA Managers to implement solutions
