A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLEAs a Salesforce Administrator , your role is key to configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our Salesforce platform. You’ll support business operations and process improvements through careful analysis, system customization, and implementation aligned with best practices. You’ll work directly with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions that optimize Salesforce usage.
Managing and resolving user requests while providing follow-up support and quick turnarounds
Gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, and architecture changes
Designing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce solutions including custom fields, flows, validation rules, and managed packages
Managing user roles, permissions, and security settings
Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business insights
Providing training and proactive support to end-users
Performing data validation, testing, and improving data accuracy
Monitoring platform performance and identifying opportunities to optimize system functionality
Staying informed about Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry best practices
A BIT ABOUT YOUProven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud required
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and reporting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset focused on improving the end-user experience
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
