OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

The Product Management Analysts are critical players in the Product Management team. The Product Management team is responsible for the in-depth analysis of the performance of products, services, channels, and processes, and then stimulating actions to improve performance – in operations, sales, marketing, pricing, and other front-line functions. It is about driving the performance of existing products rather than developing new products (there is a separate team for that).

The Product Management Analysts report to the Head of Product Management and are responsible for gathering and analyzing product performance data and communicating actions that result from this analysis to the functions and teams that need to take action to improve performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Understand product performance data in detail – sources, meaning, implications
• Complete analysis of KPIs by product, service, process and channel according to pre-set KPIs
• Communicate performance analysis to address issues with centres and functions
• Build and improve algorithms to run data analysis on KPIs using company billing and customer data
• Sugggest new KPIs and new ways of looking at performance to identify revenue improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with different departments to improve analysis and presentation of products

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data or related field
• Minimum 2 years data analytics experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• SQL; Python skills are highly valued
• Excellent writing skills to prepare detailed reports
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time-management skills
• Interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders with competing interests

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

• Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Holds active and unrestricted local (PH) Registered Nurse license
