Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing and managing strategic marketing and communication plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Includes creating and managing content across digital platforms, overseeing social media and email campaigns, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Involves promoting and supporting events, handling media and public relations, managing internal communications, and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics.
  • The manager will oversee the systems and tools used to execute marketing and communication efforts efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Endeavors to uphold strong convictions of honesty and moral uprightness even outside of work and even when no one is watching.
  • Foster Teamwork
  • Graphic design and basic video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  • Familiarity with brand development and market research
