Job Overview
As Country Manager Sales, you are responsible for expanding the existing business and for the acquisition, support, maintenance, and further development of both dealers and producers of interior and exterior doors (wood, glass, aluminum, steel, pvc) in The Philippines.
Your Responsibilities
  • Architects/Interior Designers are also a very important target group for you with a view to project business.
  • You conduct market analyses and research to gain insights into market needs and trends
  • Based on those market and competition analyses, you develop the business plan and the local sales strategy, supported by the marketing team, to increase market share
  • You provide technical product support and training to further expand the range with existing and new customers
  • You supervise major projects and actively participate in international tender dossiers.
  • You report directly to the Area Sales Manager of Southeast Asia in Germany or Italy.
What Our Client Is Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent and an affinity for technology.
  • 6 - 10 years in Door industry
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and an affinity for technology.
  • Extensive and successful experience in sales and project business, preferably in a related context, ideally towards medium and large industrial door manufacturers.
  • Very good English in written and spoken.
  • Ability to travel around the country and actively visit customers.
  • Ability to work independently from home, with a fully independent mindset.
  • Take responsibility and are result-oriented.
  • Additionally, the ability to create contact with others and enjoy building relationships.
