HR Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) database.
4. Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and changes.
6. Assist with HR compliance activities, such as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining employee files, and supporting audits.
7. Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
8. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
WORK SCHEDULE:
*Monday-Saturday (8AM-5PM)
*Can start ASAP
