We are looking for a well-experienced Sales Admin Officer to join our Sales and Marketing Department

The Sales Admin Officer will facilitate transactions between the Sales Team and our clients, maintain good relationship with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

The Sales Admin Officer must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and must proactively address clients’ needs

The Sales Admin Officer is in-charge of internal and external coordination for preparing and managing cost quotations for goods or services, acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate and complete pricing information is provided. Essentially, to handle the process of creating and managing "quotes" for customers and documents outlining the price of packaging materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts

  • Does critical and urgent, internal and external communications, documentations not limited to being involved to urgent and confidential transactions

  • Internal and external coordination of ‘Inquiries, Quotations or Offer Sheets’ concerns/requests.

  • Quotation preparation with accuracy and replete with commercial details.

  • Internal and external coordination of Purchase Orders details

  • Internal coordination and supervision of the MRP/Material Resource Planning system (Quadrant)

  • Internal and external coordination of client inquiries/concerns

  • Consolidation of FA development timelines and records

Must have:

  • Technical or Marketing field of education

  • Knowledgeable in computer/technology applications/processes

  • Problem-solving / responsible decision-making

  • Oral/written communications

  • Customer service oriented

  • Adaptability for risk management

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar capacity

  • Must have proven track record on ethical corporate work standards, with no integrity issues

  • Must be confident to represent the leadership in the absence of the immediate superior/department head

  • Must have the ability to grasp client’s needs and increase customer engagement

  • Must be analytical with understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Must have excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or other relevant technical field

  • Willing to work in Valley Golf Cainta Rizal
