Role Description This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role based in Cebu. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will also play a key role in implementing talent acquisition strategies and monitoring recruitment metrics. Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Experience in building candidate pipelines and collaborating with hiring teams Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple recruitment processes at once Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in high-volume recruitment or similar roles is advantageous Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
