You will make a direct impact by: Managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a world-class candidate experience Designing and executing sourcing strategies that attract high-quality talent Partnering with hiring managers to align recruitment with business goals Leading and mentoring junior recruiters to build a collaborative team culture Analyzing recruitment metrics and optimizing hiring strategies for success This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have at least 5 years of recruitment experience in a similar role. Technical Skills: You\'re skilled in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and using platforms like Bullhorn, Zoom Info, Seek, and LinkedIn. Non-Negotiables: Bachelor\’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Onsite availability in Cebu City, day shift schedule. Bonus Points: Experience recruiting for the manufacturing or engineering industry. Knowledge of labor market trends and best practices. Leadership experience or demonstrated potential to step into a Team Lead role.
