In this role, your mission is to recruit and onboard world-class talent while preparing to step into a leadership role. You will make a direct impact by:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a world-class candidate experience
• Designing and executing sourcing strategies that attract high-quality talent
• Partnering with hiring managers to align recruitment with business goals
• Leading and mentoring junior recruiters to build a collaborative team culture
• Analyzing recruitment metrics and optimizing hiring strategies for success

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

• You have at least 5 years of recruitment experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills:

You\'re skilled in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and using platforms like Bullhorn, Zoom Info, Seek, and LinkedIn.

Non-Negotiables:

• Bachelor\’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Onsite availability in Cebu City, day shift schedule.

Bonus Points:

• Experience recruiting for the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and best practices.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated potential to step into a Team Lead role.
