Must-Have Qualifications:

  • At least 1-year minimum work experience in any of the following roles:

    • SME (Subject Matter Expert)

    • Escalations Agent

    • Trainer / Team Lead

    • Client or stakeholder management experience

    • Recruiting experience is a plus

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

  • Consistently meets attendance and reliability expectations, with no history of unexcused absences, tardiness, or attendance-related disciplinary actions

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati and can report to our Workspace in SM North Edsa after training

As aSenior Compliance Specialist at PSG Global Solutions, you'll play a key role in securing top talent for our clients. Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensure accurate credentialing for clinicians

  • Maintain clinician profiles and records

  • Schedule and follow up on health screenings

  • Communicate with clinicians via email, phone, and text

  • Ensure full compliance with company and regulatory requirements

  • Manage and collaborate with stakeholders
