About The Position
Neolytix is seeking an inside sales professional with exceptional organizational skills, experience in sales, and outstanding customer service skills.
- This role requires a solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize the sales pipeline, prioritize leads, and follow through on opportunities.
- Native English fluency with a neutral accent is mandatory.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly selling to healthcare providers.
Work setup: Remote/WFH
Job Description
- Manage inbound leads and expand revenue by following up with leads acquired by the marketing team in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Research and qualify leads, update CRM, and respond quickly to new leads to maximize conversions.
- Prioritize leads based on goals and business requirements.
- Communicate via email, call, and follow up to sign clients up for services.
- Follow up at various stages of the sales process, including qualification, proposal, and contracting.
- Create high-conversion emails to target leads.
- Generate leads through research, online sources, and networking.
- Identify target accounts, decision makers, and build relationships.
- Prepare proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
- Develop service solutions and bundled service offerings.
- Respond to customer service requests via phone, email, or chat, and log all requests timely.
- Collaborate with VP of Sales and marketing team on promotions and service marketing strategies.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in healthcare industry preferred but not required.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems.
- Proficient in creating presentations in PowerPoint and analyzing sales data in Excel.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of US healthcare system.
Skill Set
- CRM development and relationship building.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Business writing and email communication.
- Research and prospecting skills, including cold calling and networking.
- Ability to drive deals to closure.
Education
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $40,000 - $65,000 + Bonuses
- Benefits and sales incentives included.
