Job Description

A Sales Representative's job is to sell a company's products or services by identifying and contacting potential customers, presenting solutions, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiation: Discussing and agreeing on pricing and contract terms with clients.
  • Sales Documentation: Preparing and coordinating sales proposals, contracts, and other required paperwork.
  • Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries, providing information on products and promotions, and offering after-sales support.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets set by the company.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings and industry trends.
  • Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking.
  • Negotiation: The ability to effectively negotiate prices and terms to achieve mutual agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Skills in building rapport and trust with customers and maintaining positive long-term relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the products or services being sold.
  • Presentation Skills: The capability to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to different audiences.
  • Time Management & Organization: Prioritizing tasks effectively and managing a sales pipeline or diary.
  • Persuasion: The ability to influence buying decisions by framing solutions and highlighting value.
