Job description TMT Limitless is a learning and development company in the Forex and Finance space. We help Filipinos gain the knowledge, tools, and community they need to thrive in trading, business, and life. The Role We are looking for a full-time Community Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing TMT's forex trading community across multiple platforms (Facebook, Discord, and Skool). This role will ensure seamless coordination between the Marketing and Fulfillment teams, oversee content posting, manage student admissions, and build an engaging, supportive environment for all community members. This role is hybrid — work from home, but attend once a week Quezon City meetings and join live events when needed. Key Responsibilities Content & Communication Management Plan, schedule, and post forex-related content across Facebook group, Discord and other community platforms Ensure that all content aligns with the company's branding, tone, and educational objectives Coordinate with the Marketing team to request, brief, and review creatives (graphics, videos, promotional assets Monitor community activity and flag students who are not following rules or standards of the group Cross-Department Coordination Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and Fulfillment to align campaigns, community activities, and student support Ensure smooth flow of communication and task execution between departments to deliver timely campaigns and announcements Discord & Community Engagement Manage the Discord community by moderating discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and addressing inquiries Drive engagement by initiating discussions, hosting events, and fostering a positive, growth-driven atmosphere Identify active members, potential ambassadors, and success stories to highlight within the community Student Testimonials & Features If there's a need for student testimonials or YouTube interviews, the Community Manager will act as the first primary contact Serve as the primary source for collecting student success stories, feedback, and testimonials to be featured across our platforms, and take responsibility for organizing student profit posts from the Facebook community and Discord, ensuring they are properly documented in our file repository Monitoring, Reporting & Improvements Track engagement, activity, and overall community health Prepare regular/ weekly reports and analytics on community performance Provide insights and recommendations for improvements that can be implemented to strengthen community growth and student experience Stay up-to-date with best practices in community management and forex education Qualifications Strong background in community management, preferably in education, fintech, or trading communities Minimum 2-3 years of community management experience, preferably in education, fintech, or trading communities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiarity with Discord management, social media platforms, and content coordination Basic knowledge of forex trading (preferred but not required) Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively across teams What We Offer Competitive salary Standard benefits + growth opportunities Hybrid work setup (WFH + in-office once a week) Be part of a fast-growing company where community is central to our mission #J-18808-Ljbffr
