Base pay range

$6.00/hr - $7.00/hr

We’re looking for a high-performing Affiliate Growth Strategist with at least 3 years of proven success in managing and scaling affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, preferably within a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs.

They will act as the main point of contact between Tap and all affiliate/influencer partners— responsible for sourcing, onboarding, managing relationships, and optimising performance.

Responsibilities
  • Primary: KOL and Affiliate Management
  • Proactively reach out to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/Brands/YouTubers) to expand our affiliate network
  • Handle negotiations, onboarding, and all necessary paperwork for smooth integration
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build long-term relationships
  • Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI
  • Build reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate performance
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging KOLs
  • SEO/Backlink Strategy
  • Interact with external vendors to build backlinks and implement link-building strategies
  • Track and maintain Tap’s backlink profile to ensure healthy link structures
  • Research the crypto ecosystem and find new link opportunities using the latest search techniques and competitor backlink analysis
Key Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results (working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers)
  • Proven ability to build and manage affiliate/influencer partnerships that drive ROI
  • Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Fluent, flawless English—both written and spoken
  • Spanish as a second language is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, CFD, or trading is highly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects
  • Must be flexible with working hours to coordinate with global partners (strict 9–6 profiles will not be considered as not fitted for the position)
Requirements
  • A recommendation letter from the most recent employer is mandatory
  • Must be able to demonstrate performance data or case studies of previous success
  • Key qualities: Proactivity, independence, accountability
