About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Manager to drive and expand our client’s affiliate marketing program. This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical thinker who excels at building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and optimizing performance to maximize revenue. You will take ownership of the affiliate program’s growth, ensuring strong collaborations, profitable agreements, and high-performing campaigns that contribute to the company’s expansion.

Responsibilities- Identify, onboard, and manage high-value affiliate partners to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Negotiate profitable affiliate contracts and commission structures to maximize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns to improve performance and conversions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and engagement.
- Create and execute affiliate promotions, incentives, and marketing materials to enhance program success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive affiliate program.
- Skilled in negotiating affiliate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to track, optimize, and improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Proven track record in affiliate marketing, ideally within eCommerce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage affiliates and internal teams effectively.
- Experience managing multiple affiliate campaigns, ensuring execution and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic affiliate marketing plans that align with company growth objectives.
