Responsibilities Proficient in assisting with the development and execution of social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok). Create engaging and original or repurposed content (text, images, videos) consistent with the brand voice and target audience. Schedule and publish content across platforms according to the content calendar; monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally; track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, website traffic). Identify and leverage social media trends and opportunities to enhance brand awareness and engagement; assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices, and collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency across all channels. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in social media marketing or related areas. Understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, familiarity with social media management tools, and basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing. Ability to work independently, self-motivated with strong time management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, team-oriented mindset, and accountable for personal goals and outcomes.
