Position: Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Assistant who can turn ideas into actionable plans, track campaign performance, and support the execution of marketing initiatives. This role requires someone who can brainstorm innovative concepts, develop structured marketing plans, and monitor metrics to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative marketing ideas and translate them into actionable and realistic plans.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and event concepts that align with company goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and other teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Support in organizing events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Prepare marketing reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related role (fresh graduates with strong creative and analytical skills may be considered).
• Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging campaign ideas.
• Proficiency in tracking campaign metrics and analyzing data.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
• Creative Thinker, Planner & Organizer, Data-Driven, Collaborative.
