We are seeking a data-driven marketer to design, manage, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. The role focuses on turning clicks into conversions and driving growth through paid media, CRO, and performance marketing best practices.

What You'll Do
  • Build and optimize funnels and landing pages
  • Run A/B tests to boost conversions
  • Leverage AI tools for smarter, automated campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate on creatives and stay ahead of industry trends
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in paid media campaign management
  • Strong CRO, funnel, and landing page expertise
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven ad tools
  • Solid understanding of targeting, segmentation, and remarketing
  • Industry certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are a big plus
  • 13th Month Pay
