QA/QC Architect Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures for architectural works across all project stages — from design, construction, to turnover. Review and verify architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with design intent, standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and finishes, ensuring compliance with approved plans, technical standards, and quality benchmarks. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action plans , and project quality records. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and consultants to address quality-related issues and ensure timely resolution of non-conformities. Ensure all architectural works comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., National Building Code, local ordinances). Participate in material submittal reviews, mock-up evaluations, and testing to ensure compliance with design and quality standards. Support project handover by verifying as-built documentation, punch list closeouts, and final inspection approvals. Continuously improve QA/QC processes by identifying best practices, lessons learned, and preventive measures. Qualifications: Licensed Architect (Registered and Licensed Architect – RLA) is preferred. With at least 3–5 years of experience in architectural quality control or project supervision. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and finishing standards. Familiar with QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and project documentation systems. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and other project management tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
