About the Job

We are seeking a Meta Media Buyer to take full ownership of paid performance campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. This is a high-impact role for a proactive specialist who thrives on delivering measurable results, testing new strategies, and driving consistent ROAS growth under lean budgets. You will be trusted to make decisive optimizations, leverage automation and AI-driven tools, and report actionable insights to stakeholders who expect precision, speed, and creativity.

Core Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns with strict budget discipline, scaling only when ROAS is proven positive.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns across Performance Max, Search, and Display to maximize incremental revenue and lower CPA.
  • Apply Meta’s Advantage+ suite (Catalog, Creative, placements) to boost efficiency and reach.
  • Design and execute structured creative testing (angles, personas, formats) to combat fatigue and sustain engagement.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools for creative generation, copy variations, and asset testing to stretch budgets further.
  • Ensure high-quality feed signals and conversion tracking within Google PMax for reliable performance.
  • Monitor automation outputs and know when to override settings to protect budgets and optimize performance.
  • Produce clear, data-rich reporting on ROAS, CPA, placements, feed quality, and creative performance.
  • Stay on top of Meta and Google’s newest AI/automation features and implement quickly where beneficial.
  • Collaborate effectively across time zones, providing proactive updates and insights to the team.
Must-Haves for the Role
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on media buying experience across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Proven record of scaling campaigns profitably under constrained budgets.
  • Recent experience with Meta’s Advantage+ suite and Andromeda-aware strategies.
  • Strong familiarity with Google PMax campaigns, asset group management, and offline conversion tracking.
  • Demonstrated use of AI/ML tools for creative generation, copy testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify weak points and implement solutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1+) to present findings and strategies clearly.
  • Comfort working in EST hours with reliable internet (wired, 25 Mbps+) and backup power options.
Nice-to-Haves for the Role
  • Case studies demonstrating success with Shops Ads, Catalog Ads, or Omnichannel strategies.
  • Early adoption experience with Meta Andromeda features.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning ad tools (e.g., AdLlama).
  • Experience blending manual control with automated systems for hybrid campaign management.
