Responsibilities Identify and target new business opportunities through research and prospecting activities. Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers and partners. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients efficiently. Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to close new deals and expand business. Regularly update and maintain customer records and sales activities within the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for market penetration. Attend industry events, seminars, and trade shows to generate leads and build networks. Analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest improvements in the sales process. Assist in the development of sales plans and forecasts to achieve set targets. Provide timely feedback and market information to improve the company's offerings. Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their selling skills and tactics. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. At least 2‑4 years of proven sales experience in a similar capacity. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport. Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to drive successful outcomes. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools for tracking sales metrics. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
