About the Benefits Administration Services role

As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits and additional employee perks. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems. Our Benefits call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.

Responsibilities
  • Take calls and actively listen to customers while discussing employee benefits.
  • Provide information on healthcare, retirement, and other employee benefits.
  • Navigate multiple systems to assist customers and resolve inquiries.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support client success.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience (retirement benefits a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Extensive experience typing and keyboarding.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask.
  • High school diploma, GED or college degree.
  • Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program.
