Tax Associate, Transaction Tax Compliance About the Company Resources is the backbone of Publicis Groupe, the world’s third-largest communications group. We provide technology solutions and business services including finance, accounting, legal, benefits, procurement, tax, real estate, treasury, and risk management to help Publicis Groupe agencies do what they do best: create and innovate for their clients. Responsibilities Computation and payment of tax liability, filing of returns within prescribed timelines. Compiling and filing of applications and follow up with departments for refunds/rectifications. Collation of facts and details from relevant teams for preparation of submissions/replies to various tax authorities pertaining to tax audits and/or usual tax notices. Representation before Tax Authorities for tax-related matters. Assistance in Internal & External reviews & audits. Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to and comply with all policies including Janus relevant to your role and all activities undertaken in that role. Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues both at an interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment. Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence both within Re:Sources and across all customer and supplier organisations. Undertake all work in a safe manner and follow all company and workplace health and safety procedures. Report incidents and accidents to manager or workplace H&S representative/co-ordinator as soon as possible. Qualifications Education and Experience: with at least 5 years actual working experience in Philippine taxation with accounting firm/s. Actual working experience with good multi-national company is a plus. Required Skills Working knowledge of ERP package viz., Oracle and MS Office. Good team player. Ability to manage the work efficiently, independently and within constrained timelines. Experience with Media & Advertising Industry will be an added advantage.
