Join the G Nation today Who You’ll Be Working With: If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you You’ll Be Responsible For The Following: Implementing Agile Ceremonies and Principles, supporting in evaluating the Scrum Maturity of the squad and preparing the squad to advanced stages of maturity, at a speed that is workable and easy for the team. Managing Agile Teams, ensuring that the team is providing software within the recognized quality standards by facilitating a working “definition of done” (DoD) for Agile stories within each team. Working with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is in place and graded/groomed to the suitable level to start and complete development iterations. Ensuring that recognized agile software progress metrics (burndown charts, velocity, and defect metrics) are in place and that the team and Product Owner are equipped to input data for said metrics. Responsible for organizing and preparing metric data on a regular basis using repeatable methods. Tracking team capacity and velocity metrics for planning purposes. Minimum Requirements: 6 years minimum experience of managing complex project and product development. Knowledge of managing agile methodology. Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience of managing resources with different skill sets for agile delivery methods. Experience working collaboratively with diverse business and IT teams. Technical proficiency and development background and experience in financial technology vendor or a large financial institution.
