What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark Check all pending product activations during start and end of shift. Ensure all pending products are activated or processed within the first 24 hours. Provide customer updates through phone and email and set proper expectations regarding activation timelines. Follow up with unresponsive customers to obtain necessary information. Document product activation errors accurately. Respond to or update all tickets within the Service Level Agreement. Attend to all queries from the operations team promptly. Escalate proactively and request activation for products such as VPS and add‑ons like Office 365. Coordinate with SSL providers for SSL certificate issuance. Liaise with SSL providers and customers to assist with SSL verification appointments. Ensure all login information is updated and kept highly confidential. Render work hours with flexibility when required. Dress appropriately and consistently present a professional image for the company. Conduct business in alignment with the company’s core values. Comply with company policies and uphold ethical business practices. Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by Management. Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed Graduate or undergraduate degree in an IT‑related field (fresh graduates welcome). Or BPO/IT experience of at least 6 months to 1 year.
