Job Description On-site - Taguig 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Responsibilities Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in assigning daily tasks and cleaning schedules to housekeeping staff. Monitor the quality of work performed by the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained. Provide hands-on support and training to new and existing team members. Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply shortages to the Supervisor. Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Cover duties of absent staff as needed to ensure uninterrupted housekeeping service. Foster a positive and cooperative team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping or facility services, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Previous leadership or team lead experience is an asset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management. Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with housekeeping management systems is an asset. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
