About the Role As Command Centre Lead, you’ll manage the heartbeat of enterprise IT operations — leading monitoring, event management, and major incident coordination. You’ll work closely with infrastructure, observability, and resiliency teams to maintain high service reliability and business continuity. Key Responsibilities Oversee 24x7 Command Centre operations — real‑time monitoring, triage, and escalation. Lead major incident bridges, ensuring timely restoration and stakeholder updates. Continuously improve event correlation, alerting, and response playbooks. Partner with engineering and observability teams to optimize monitoring coverage. Collaborate with availability and downtime teams to meet RTO/RPO and resiliency objectives. Provide data‑driven reporting on incidents, SLAs, and proactive detection KPIs. Act as central coordination during outages, aligning cross‑tower response and resolution. Must‑Have Qualifications Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT Command Centre, Operations, or NOC leadership. Proven expertise in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Event, and Availability Management). Hands‑on experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog). Strong knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure operations . Experience leading major incident bridges in complex enterprise environments. Strong analytical, decision‑making, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, calm under pressure, and solution‑focused mindset. Good‑to‑Have Familiarity with AIOps, automation frameworks, and auto‑healing systems . Experience in resiliency planning, DR drills, and availability reporting . Certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Event Management .
