Primary Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of network operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorshi Plan, design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure to meet business needs and ensure optimal performanc Monitor the availability, performance, and security of the network infrastructure on an ongoing basi Proactively identify potential network issues or bottlenecks and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risk Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between network infrastructure and other systems or application Troubleshoot complex network problems and provide timely resolution to minimize downtim Implement and enforce network security measures such as access controls, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection system Conduct regular performance analysis of the network infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary change Develop and maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guide Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to networkin Participates in On Call Rotation 24/ Key Skills / Attributes 10+ years’ experience in managing enterprise-level network operations in a complex IT environm 10+ years Strong technical knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), routing/switching technologies (Cisco), firewall technologies (Cisco ASA/Fortinet), load balancers (F5), WAN optimization (Riverbed), 10+ years’ experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, WhatsUp Gold, Nagios, Auvik & New Re Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex problems efficien Strong leadership abilities with previous experience in building and managing a team of network operations profession Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams within the organizat Cisco DNA Center (Wireless), Cisco DNA Center (Wired), Cisco ISE, Cisco Nexus Dashboard, Cisco Firepower Management Center, SolarW Cisco ISR 4K Routers, Cisco Catalyst 9K Switches, Cisco Nexus 9K DC Switches, Cisco Catalyst 9K wireless access points, Cisco WLC 9800/5500 controllers, Cisco FTD 1K/2K/4K appliances, Cisco A Palo Alto Firewall, Panorama, F5 Load Balancer, Cisco Catalyst 9500/9300/6800/3850/3750 Switches, Cisco ASR 1002 HX, Cisco P Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industries: Hospitals and Health Care and Information Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
