Network Operations Center Technician Telna Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Telna is looking for a full-time Network Operations Center Technician to work onsite to monitor and maintain the organization's performance and availability of Telna Networks and systems. Responsibilities Network Monitoring: Monitor the network infrastructure to detect and handle any network-related issues or anomalies. This involves using network monitoring tools to analyze traffic, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address potential problems. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and coordinate troubleshooting network incidents, such as service degradation, connectivity problems, or performance issues. Follow established procedures to diagnose and resolve these issues promptly, minimizing downtime and impact on network operations. Incident Management: Manage and document network incidents, including accurately logging incidents, tracking their progress, and ensuring timely resolution. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams if necessary. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and incident post-mortem reports. Proactive Monitoring and Reporting: Proactively monitor network performance, capacity, and trends to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Generate reports and metrics on network health, performance, and incident trends to help identify patterns, optimize network resources, and make informed decisions.
