Strategy & Innovation
  • Stay up-to-date on industry topics, but focus on bringing a fresh perspective to everything you create
  • Contribute to content planning, brainstorming sessions, and creative campaigns
  • Identify gaps in existing content and suggest new angles or formats
Editorial Excellence
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and tone alignment
  • Maintain brand voice while adapting style to different platforms or audiences
  • Collaborate with designers and multimedia creators for visual storytelling
Performance & Insights
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO platforms) to track content performance
  • Optimize content for engagement, readability, and searchability
  • Learn from what works — and what doesn’t — to continuously improve
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Content Specialist
  • A creative thinker who’s not afraid to take risks with their words
  • A storyteller who believes great content is more than keywords and hashtags
  • A curious mind that dives deep into topics to find unexpected angles
  • Someone who sees writing as both an art and a strategic tool
