Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Management
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales and Marketing
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be approachable and accommodating
- Good in oral and written communication
- Willing to start immediately in Porac, Pampanga
- Education: Bachelor's (preferred)
- Experience: Customer Support Representative: 1 year (preferred)
- Language: English (preferred)
- Communicate with clients for their collection and loans requirements such as signing of legal documents; issuance of PDC; submission of requirements and follow up updating.
- Assist buyers on any concern, relay and update them for any developments.
- Encoding, filing, typing of legal documents in the system and transmit notarized documents.
- Accommodate online and face-to-face credit investigation.
- Update necessary reports: Buyer's profile, Background profile, and progress report for delinquent buyers.
- Coordinate with other departments for transactions, construction updates, documentation and loans updates.
